The former Lyons theater, built in 1947, is where the main studio is located. It went though a couple of other businesses since it was closed in 1985, and was acquired for use as a movie studio in 2014. The lobby and projection room have been renovated to their original appearance to pay homage to its first use as a theater. The former 320 seat auditorium is now the main Stage 1 for filming and is 1800 square feet. A smaller Stage 2 at the back is 600 square feet and both have drive in access. In Stage 1, there is also a 24' by 12' green screen that is 12' high. An overhead lighting pipe grid, power outlets, and track are on the 14' high ceiling. There are restrooms, green room, and a commissary/conference room that is just off of the lobby.
